End User License Agreement

These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for your access to and use of our installation utility and related software components (together, the "Installer" and the "Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you ("User," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, which create a legally binding agreement between you and ProFile PDF ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Ownership & Scope

The Installer and Software are proprietary to the Company and/or its licensors. Your use of them is governed exclusively by these Terms, which apply to all features, modules, and functionalities that form part of the Installer and the Software.

User Agreement & Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you represent that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them, as well as with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Software and remove it from your device.

To support proper functionality, stability, and performance, the Software may collect and process certain limited usage and technical data. We strongly recommend that you review our Privacy Policy before completing the installation.

Installer & Software Services

By initiating the installation process, you grant ProFile PDF permission to install the Software and any necessary supporting components on your device.

By proceeding with the installation, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that ProFile PDF may be set as your default file conversion solution and that you accept all additional terms and conditions applicable to its features and functionality.

License & Usage Restrictions

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by the Company and/or its licensors.

You are not permitted to:

• Use the Software for any commercial resale, redistribution, or similar exploitation
• Transfer, assign, or sublicense the Software to any third party

Third-Party Content

The Software may display or link to content, services, or features provided by third parties. The Company does not own or control such third-party resources and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, legality, quality, or consequences.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, bypass protections, or use the Software unlawfully or fraudulently. Any breach may result in immediate termination and legal liability.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Installer and Software are owned by the Company or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. You assume all risks associated with its use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of USD $10 or the amount actually paid.

Software Updates & Modifications

The Company may provide updates or modifications. By using the Software, you consent to such updates.

Termination of Agreement

You may terminate by uninstalling the Software. The Company may terminate access upon violation of these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

Modifications to These Terms

Updated Terms take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is in Tel Aviv courts. Claims must be filed within twelve (12) months.

Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
